Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 14 November 2025
Our Commitment
Amref Health Africa is committed to ensuring that the ESRC Platform is accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. We are continually working to improve the accessibility, usability, and inclusiveness of the Platform in accordance with internationally recognized accessibility standards and best practices.
Conformance Status
The Platform has been designed with the goal of meeting the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. We are continually reviewing and improving the accessibility of the Platform and are working toward broader conformance through ongoing testing, user feedback, and regular enhancements.
Accessibility Features
Accessibility is an ongoing commitment. As the Platform evolves, accessibility considerations are incorporated into the design, development, and testing of new features. We periodically review the Platform, monitor user feedback, and make improvements to enhance accessibility and usability for all users.
Known Limitations
Although we strive to make all areas of the Platform fully accessible, some third-party content, uploaded documents, or legacy materials may not yet fully meet accessibility standards. Where accessibility issues are identified, we work to address them as part of our ongoing improvement process.
Feedback & Contact
Accessibility feedback may be submitted to the ESRC Secretariat using the contact details provided on the Platform. We aim to acknowledge accessibility enquiries within five (5) business days and will make reasonable efforts to resolve reported issues as promptly as possible.

Ongoing Efforts
Accessibility is treated as an ongoing effort rather than a one-time project. We plan to periodically re-test the Platform as new features are added and to update this statement to reflect the current state.
