The submission journey

Every submission follows the same path:

  1. Create an account and log in.
  2. Request an invoice and settle the review fee.
  3. Create your protocol — fill in the details, add your study team, and upload documents.
  4. Submit it for review.
  5. Track its progress and respond to any feedback.

Where things are

After you log in, your investigator tools live under the Application group in the sidebar:

Types of protocols

Beyond a standard new submission, the portal handles preliminary review, revisions, and renewals & amendments. See the Protocol types section for how each one works.
